Schottenstein Real Estate Group will partner with Clubhouse Tours to create a tour DVD for each of their five apartment communities in Central Ohio. Each DVD will include a community landscape tour and four apartment home walk-thru tours, along with a screen-saver video that will run continuously in their leasing offices for walk-in prospects to view.

Our ongoing partnership with Cincinnati-based Ackermann Communities continues, with Clubhouse Tours now directed to build new community websites for the company. The websites will feature our innovative video displays with a custom Clubhouse Tours HD video player ready to tour their leasing prospects on their front page.

In addition, the new website will include the new Clubhouse Tours Resident Connect portal, allowing their onsite staff to maintain timely online communications with their residents on an ongoing basis.
